Here is an overview timeline of our event. Please note the start times, the location of each hole, and the time slots for our various contests and games prior to arriving. Let’s enjoy a day on the greens, all in support of local charities.

7:00 am
Registration & Breakfast
Check-in with the registration team, pick up your giveaway and catch up with your fellow golfers before the tournament begins.
8:30 am
Shot Gun Start - All Fourteen Courses
The golfers head to their assigned holes and begin playing. We’ll have a shotgun start to ensure a smooth and timely start for all golfers.
3:00 pm
Cocktails & Hors D’Oeuvres, Banquet Dinner & Formal Program
Celebrate the winners and the day’s successes at our awards ceremony. We’ll announce the winners of the tournament, raffle off prizes, and thank everyone for their support of our cause.
